Dear fellow escapees yesterday i was sitting at a red light in traffic with my 500 mile old 2014 fe titanium.
2014 ford focus brake light fault.
On occasion im getting the brake lamp bulb fault.
Talked to the ford dealer but they want 130 just to diagnose.

Drove the car around today and it was fine all day.
When i get the brake lamp bulb fault the vehicle 2014 ford escape will not acceleration and slows down to a crawl.
Made a stop just about an hour ago and the notification came up again.
While changing all my front bulbs to osrams cool blues i changed the indicator bulb but it didnt work.
One of the filaments works but the brake filament no longer works.
But 10 minutes later when i got home the brake light was working fine again.
I have replaced the bulb 3 times including purchasing one straight from the dealer but it is not a bulb issue since the issue continues with new bulbs.
Havent checked fuses as i dont know which to check due to misplaced but here somewhere manual.

Your ford focus s brake light indicator is there to let you know that there is an issue with the brake system it is different than the anti lock brake system which gets its own abs warning light the brake light indicates that there is a problem with the physical braking system itself.
The front indicator does not work as well as right side brake light.
I never know when this will happen or why it happens but its very dangerous.
