A c drains are typically on the passenger side.
After each repair it just seems to get worse affecting a larger area each time and occurring in even light rain now.

You may have a leak in one of the grommets feeding wiring steering or brake stuff through the firewall on the driver side.
With a previous car not a fusion i had a water leak come from the roof mounted aerial run down the side of the a pillar and soak the floor.
The cowl on the windshield is in good shape and i cannot see any watermarks gett.
I ve done some research and the problem seems to stem from the ac drain line.
